"A strongly opinionated leader"

Banks has been a friend and sort of a big brother in the space for some years now. We have had slight clashes in the past as we are both very opinionated and our opinions sometimes differs but he doesn’t keep a grudge and is always willing to let bygones be bygones. He is strict and disciplined and always wants to make sure everyone around him is progressing. I’m proud to know him.
