Another thing I really admire about him is that he always has mature and fair opinions when it comes to community-based decision-making. For example, once in a Twitter conversation about a new proposal at Ethos, instead of just agreeing or disagreeing, he gave a thorough analysis that highlighted both the strengths and problems of the proposal without bashing anyone. This approach makes you feel like you're working with someone who is both professional and cares about the community as a whole.
