"Realistic Visionary"

Ian has been building things far longer than I've known him, and that's going on 10 years at this point. His ability to understand spaces down to the micro level and easily navigate complex positions is something everyone could take notes from - and he's constantly sharing the blueprint. The projects he talks about are foundational initiatives that are making the entire space better. They may not be flashy, but good solutions rarely are.
