I met Roman during the Pharos testnet. He explained in detail how to get level 4: you need to make 120 swaps, send their token to friends 100 times, and add liquidity to the pool 110 times. Later, they added level 5, as well as weekly NFTs; to exchange one, you need 1 Pharos. Roman suggested that tokens can be taken from the faucet; they give 0.2 every day.
