A fun fact in DepressiveHacks lore is that Bern was one of the first people to ever let me send my information for writing gigs to them. I was brand new to Web3 and had very little to no experience writing in this particular industry. I simply bought a Genesis NFT from Rug Radio, went into the discord, and introduced myself as a writer. In a way, it was that initial response taking me seriously as a writer that helped give me the confidence to continue to learn and grow in Web3 over the past few years. Bern has always been supportive. For this, I am especially grateful.
