She is an excellent teammate and manages to settle in very quickly — it is clear that she is genuinely interested in her work. There is something fresh and unusual about her approach to design: everything looks stylish, tasteful, and yet unique, unlike anything else out there. It's especially gratifying to see how actively she gets involved in the process — she understands the subject matter, asks important questions, and contributes truly valuable ideas. In addition, she's a pleasure to work with as part of a team: responsible, responsive, and always on the same wavelength. A real find!
