Man is focused, reliable, and always thinking two steps ahead. When he is locked in on a goal, he does not stop until it is real, and he makes sure the whole team wins with him. He brings people together, keeps things moving, and never loses sight of the bigger picture. Being around him has changed the way I see things and made me more focused and hardworking.
