Veil.cash is building a privacy mixer on Base using zk-SNARKs, which is actually pretty cool considering most privacy coins are either sketchy or dead. They require either 2.5K $VEIL or Coinbase attestation for verified access, attempting the impossible task of being private without getting shut down. However, there's not much verifiable info about their actual backing or partnerships despite claims in their ecosystem.
