"Acting like hater"

He doesn't post much on Twitter.He mostly reposts other people's posts. He also makes positive comments to his ethos friends and women, and negative and neutral comments to others. In his negative comments, he sometimes just writes the headline and doesn't even fully explain why he gave a negative rating. Lately, he's just acting like a typical unemployed hater. So I'm neutral for now.
