"Continues to share false information about me & Ethos"

Recently, Kook has made claims about Ethos offering him a "KOL deal" where I offered "to pay him a lot" to support the platform. I did not try to pay him, I did not ask him to support the platform. He never even said no. 1. Ethos markets was early, and I wanted to test out how it would work with someone who might get a lot of distrust. Only users that we approved were able to set up their own Markets. I reached out to BreadGuy as an introduction to Kook. I felt like Kook was someone who knows the archetype he plays and would be interested in participating, even if people bought his distrust. 2. I got introduced to Kook through Bread on Jan 31, and explained to him how ethos markets works. **The terms of Ethos.markets are exactly what EVERY user gets on Ethos.markets, and this has never changed.** Users who participate get 1% of all buy transactions on their market. **This is nothing unusual or unique to Kook, we did not offer him anything** We did not offer him any type of deal, we did not have any conversation outside of this one. 3. Kook says it sounds good, Bread pitched on how to set it up, he never replied. I asked if he was still interested on Feb 3 and he did not reply after that. 4. 3 weeks later, Kook requested that we remove his profile from Ethos under protection of GDPR (and right to be forgotten), which we denied. He continues to claim things like "founder of this platform tried to get me on a kol deal pre-launch" https://x.com/kookcapitalllc/status/1942180557368025300 and this is what forced my hand in leaving this review. He also grave danced on us the second Ethos got suspended, spreading misinformation about why and dming me personally with racist insults. I HATE that I am even replying to this because that's the whole theatre he wants - but I refuse to let people continue to share false information about us, particularly that which could damage our business. Last note: I will not post DMs between a private convo. If Kook wants to share them, I'd encourage him to - as it will only prove the point further.
