Reviews are intended to be more than just an AI interpretation of an X account. This doesn't add any genuine, reflective insight for any account. The purpose of the platform is to incorporate community sentiment around people/projects - based on knowledge and experience. It's far more beneficial for you to leave reviews written by you for people/projects you have personal experience with and knowledge of.
