I could start with his qualifications and experience, but I’d rather begin by saying that he’s incredibly approachable, always willing to share his knowledge and support the community. He truly loves Monad and does everything he can to help it grow. As a co-founder and CTO, he focuses on the core of Monad and the technologies that make it stand out - like MonadDB and MonadBFT. On top of that, he has massive experience - he worked at Jump Trading for 8 years! And he often uses memes and makes hilarious jokes too
