I call her the dev and for good reason. Hailey has a true passion for running nodes and navigating the complex world of web3 with a confidence and curiosity that's hard not to admire. The way she figures things out on her own is genuinely inspiring. She doesn’t just stop at understanding things herself, she goes out of her way to help others grasp what they might be struggling with. That generosity, combined with her skill, makes her stand out even more. She also loves to game, which probably adds to the sharpness of her thinking.
