I met a Bloodseeker through the Humanity Protocol project, and he is the Vietnamese ambassador for that project. It wouldn't be surprising if he also became an ambassador for the Hyperbolic project. Surprisingly, it seems he is very reputable, having been made the Vietnamese ambassador for two major projects. Although we've only just met and haven't had many conversations, I think this is an interesting encounter.
