"a friend in OD"

Kevin is an incredibly active and enthusiastic friend whom I’ve had the chance to work with in OD. He always brings a positive vibe and a “ready for anything” spirit — from contributing ideas to projects, supporting teammates, to proactively taking on responsibilities in our shared activities. What stands out most about Kevin is his initiative. He doesn’t wait for instructions or shy away from challenges — he constantly seeks the most effective way to solve problems. Thanks to that, our OD team has overcome many tough times and achieved great results. Outside of work, Kevin is approachable and fun, always creating a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere in the group. Meetings with Kevin are always filled with laughter but still remain productive. I truly value the opportunity to work and learn alongside Kevin in OD. Hopefully, we’ll have many more projects together in the future
