"From student to signal"

I’ve known smorzo for a while now, and watching the shift has been wild. When we first started talking, he was soaking everything up, asking sharp questions, and just genuinely curious about how all this works. Fast forward a bit, and now he’s the one dropping takes I learn from. He didn’t get here by chance, but by pure consistency, smart plays, and knowing when to speak and when to just observe. The guy’s got a feel for timing that you can’t really teach. It’s not all clean and polished either, and that’s the best part. He’s real, doesn’t try to sound like someone he’s not, and that’s exactly what makes his presence hit harder. Seeing where he’s at now, I’m honestly proud. Still gives me hell when I’m wrong too, which means he learned well.
