Dera has been my friend for a while now and i really love that she motivates me to work harder and never get comfortable with my small portfolio. she's one of the hardest-working people I know in this space. Her drive in Web3 is unmatched. She puts her all into the grind, never relents, and always shows up with purpose. What’s really inspiring is how she treats every opportunity like it matters,..no wasted chances, no shortcuts. She moves with intention, makes smart plays, and stays consistent. That kind of focus is Rare to me, honestly. She inspires me more than she probably knows. Watching her build, stay true to herself, and still show love along the way . that’s the kind of energy that keeps this space real. I truly respect her hustle and her heart.
