"Showing improvement in quality of reviews"

With reference to my previous review of Kingzo - https://app.ethos.network/activity/review/82150/zero-effort-no-quality-reviews I'm changing my review of him from negative to neutral. He has now started to show signs of effort in writing reviews (starting from 3 days ago). Will continue to check back once in awhile to see if he keeps this up or its just a temporary thing. If his consistency of improvement is proven, I'm happy to leave him a positive review in the future as everybody deserves a chance to get better.
