I'm the founder so a little biased. But Somnia is the fastest EVM-Compatible L1 Blockchain. It can do 1.05 TPS, that's ERC-20 swaps not node gossips. It has 100 ms block times and sub-second end to end latency. It will have incredibly low fees enabling developers to put more logic and data onchain.

I am truly happy to be chosen as a validator for Somnia. This network is not only pushing technical limits with one million TPS, sub second finality, and ultra low fees, it is also building a foundation for gaming and entertainment at scale. Being part of this validator set is more than just running infrastructure, it is contributing to a vision where blockchain becomes seamless, fast, and accessible for everyone. The testnet is a great one, tho I find it difficult to get STT a tokens to perform transactions. Giving a positive review because the Somnia games are fun to play, and I’m having a blast with them.

Somnia takes a refreshing approach by building metaverse infrastructure rather than just another virtual world. I like their open, collaborative model enabling users, developers, and projects to co-create the metaverse. The team has experience, long-term vision, and strong backing enough for me to stay optimistic.

I think it will do well in the gaming space. Ecosystems are growing every day. It can start the Metaverse trend again.

Somnia Season 4 is over, what to expect next, TGE or Season 5? Considering that the mainnet release, which is possibly scheduled for Q3 2025, is just speculation, we can assume that we are already waiting for TGE in August - September 2025. CEO Paul Thomas noted that the mainnet release and probably TGE are approaching faster than expected. I believe that in August - September 2025 we will see the mainnet and TGE release. We hope so)

Somnia has already shown it’s more than just hype. Seeing their testnet push millions of transactions per second with low latency and almost zero fees was a big eye opener for me. What I like is that they’re not only building speed, but also aiming to make NFTs and metaverse experiences usable in real ways, not just for buzz. That direction makes a lot of sense. Of course, it’s still early and the real challenge will be whether the team can deliver long-term. But from what I’ve seen so far, Somnia feels like a project that’s worth keeping an eye on.

What can I say about Somnia? Two days ago, the airdrop checker rolled out. I don't know about you, but many people simply received “not eligible” even though they actively participated in the project. We hope that Somnia will fix this and that everyone who invested a lot of their time in the project will receive their rewards.
